Erdem oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in de\u011fil, al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 bu y\u00f6nde geli\u015fti\u011fi i\u00e7in d\u00fcr\u00fcst oldu\u011funu, ba\u015fka t\u00fcrl\u00fc yapamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyordu; ki\u015fili\u011fi bu \u015fekilde olu\u015fmu\u015ftu.    <\/p>\n<p>Geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz ki\u015filiklerin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerimizin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engellerden biri oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Ki\u015filik olmadan ya\u015fam\u0131n devam ettirilemeyece\u011fini biliyorum. Tam da b\u00f6yle bir \u00e7izgide insan\u0131n ki\u015fili\u011fi olu\u015fuyor. \u0130lk bebeklik d\u00f6neminde beyindeki sinapslar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131k. Bebekler her y\u00f6ne geli\u015febilecekleri b\u00fcy\u00fck bir potansiyeli i\u00e7lerinde bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yorlar. Ki\u015filikler de \u00f6yle. Duygusal ya\u015fant\u0131m\u0131z, olaylara yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z, \u00f6\u011frenme tarz\u0131m\u0131z, geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz paradigmalar\u0131m\u0131z, hemen her \u015feyimiz ya\u015fam\u0131n erken y\u0131llar\u0131ndaki biyolojik geli\u015fimimiz ve a\u00e7\u0131k sinapslar aras\u0131ndaki ileti\u015fim sonucunda belirleniyor, zamanla de\u011fi\u015fimler olabilse de bunlar daha s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Tek tek ki\u015filer olarak b\u00f6yleyiz de insan t\u00fcr\u00fc olarak \u00e7ok mu farkl\u0131y\u0131z? Bireyler olarak ne kadar farkl\u0131 olsak da t\u00fcm canl\u0131lar i\u00e7inde t\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde bu farkl\u0131l\u0131klar \u00f6nemsiz kalmakta, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ortak d\u00fcnyas\u0131 da belli k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131l\u0131klar i\u00e7inde olu\u015fmakta.   <\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn geli\u015fim potansiyeline hayran olmamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil ama t\u00fcm \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131n insan yine de m\u00fckemmel bir yarat\u0131k de\u011fildir. T\u0131pk\u0131 di\u011fer canl\u0131lar\u0131n m\u00fckemmel olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi. \u00d6yle olsayd\u0131 zaten tanr\u0131 olurdu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan\u0131n akl\u0131ndan bir g\u00fcnde 50-60 bin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ge\u00e7iyormu\u015f. \u00c7o\u011fu insanda bunlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 70\u2019i k\u00f6t\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelermi\u015f. \u0130stesek de bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri durduram\u0131yoruz. \u0130sterseniz deneyin. Bana sorarsan\u0131z bu, beynin belli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kurallar\u0131 oldu\u011funu, beynimize tam egemen olamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. Nitekim beyin biz uykudayken bile aktivitesini devam ettiriyor R\u00fcyalar\u0131m\u0131zda en abs\u00fcrd d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmakta ve bizi y\u00f6nlendirebilmektedir. T\u0131pk\u0131 s\u0131navda \u00f6\u011frendiklerimizi hat\u0131rlay\u0131p do\u011fru yan\u0131tlar\u0131 bulmak gibi. \u201cHaf\u0131za-i be\u015fer nisyan ile mal\u00fcld\u00fcr\u201d denerek unutman\u0131n insan zaaf\u0131 oldu\u011fu s\u00f6yleniyor. Bazen de tersi oluyor, unutmam\u0131z isteniyor. K\u00f6t\u00fc an\u0131lar\u0131 silmemiz, her do\u011fan g\u00fcn\u00fcn yeni bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 olmas\u0131 arzu ediliyor. Sinir sistemimiz hangisini uygulas\u0131n? Unutsun mu, hat\u0131rlas\u0131n m\u0131? Denebilir ki istenenleri hat\u0131rlas\u0131n, istenmeyenleri unutsun. Bu, ne kadar ge\u00e7ek\u00e7i?  Herhalde pek ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i de\u011fil ki sinir sistemimiz de b\u00f6yle yapm\u0131yor. Bazen unutulmas\u0131 gereken yerde hat\u0131rl\u0131yor, kimi zaman da tersini uyguluyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131p etmelerimizin b\u00f6ylesine bir sistemle belirlendi\u011fi do\u011fam\u0131zda ne kadar \u00f6zg\u00fcr olabiliriz? \u0130nsan\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcr d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmedi\u011fini g\u00f6steren kan\u0131tlardan biri n\u00f6robilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla ortaya konmu\u015ftur. Deneylerde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce olu\u015fmadan milisaniyeler \u00f6nce davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n belirdi\u011fi, bu davran\u0131\u015fa uygun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin daha sonra ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm bunlar ne anlama geliyor? Bana g\u00f6re insan\u0131n m\u00fckemmel olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, t\u00fcr\u00fcne bah\u015fedilen kadar \u00f6zg\u00fcr oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Bu t\u00fcr d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin bizi tanr\u0131 inanc\u0131na ve kadercilik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6t\u00fcrmesi gerekmez. \u0130nsana ait bilgi hem kendimizi, hem de ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 daha iyi tan\u0131mam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flar. Bilincimizin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n alt\u0131nda yatan nedenleri g\u00f6rmemize imk\u00e2n verir. Ruhsal d\u00fcnyam\u0131z\u0131n geli\u015fiminin de belli yasalar\u0131 oldu\u011funu anlat\u0131r. Biyolojimiz hakk\u0131nda bilgilerimiz artt\u0131k\u00e7a beynimizin daha rasyonel \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131 yollar\u0131 ke\u015ffedip geli\u015ftirebiliriz.
