Ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bir inceleme, demir eksikli\u011fiyle Akdeniz anemisi ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n birbirinden kolayl\u0131kla ay\u0131rt edilmesini sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p>DEM\u0130R EKS\u0130KL\u0130\u011e\u0130 <\/p>\n<p>Akdeniz anemisi ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 do\u011fumsal bir hastal\u0131k oldu\u011fundan \u00f6nceki y\u0131llara ait kan d\u00fczeyleri var ise bunlar tekrar g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmelidir. Y\u0131llar \u00f6nceye ait d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck hemoglobin d\u00fczeyleri Akdeniz anemisi ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ku\u015fku duyulmas\u0131na neden olur.<br \/>\nTabii burada y\u0131llar boyunca tekrarlayan demir eksikli\u011fi anemisi olan ve tam tedavi edilmemi\u015f hastalar\u0131 da g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etmemek gerekir. <\/p>\n<p>ROMAT\u0130ZMAL A\u011eRILAR <\/p>\n<p>Bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli nokta kal\u0131tsal bir hastal\u0131k oldu\u011fundan Akdeniz anemisi ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n anne, baba ya da yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda da ayn\u0131 durumun s\u00f6z konusu olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu ki\u015filer de ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Romatizmal hastal\u0131klar, ba\u011f dokusu bozukluklar\u0131, brusella ve t\u00fcberk\u00fcloz gibi iltihapla seyreden baz\u0131 kronik hastal\u0131klarda da bazen demir eksikli\u011fiyle kar\u0131\u015fabilen kans\u0131zl\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bir\u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011fa zemin haz\u0131rlar.<br \/>\nT\u00fcm bu durumlar kan h\u00fccrelerinin yap\u0131m\u0131yla ilgili bozukluklard\u0131r. Bir de t\u00fcm kan h\u00fccrelerinin h\u0131zl\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlar vard\u0131r ki bunun \u00f6nemli nedenlerinden biri dalak b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcd\u00fcr. Dalak b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli hastal\u0131klarda g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Mutlaka kan hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekmez. Karaci\u011fer hastal\u0131klar\u0131ndan enfeksiyonlara de\u011fin bir dizi durum buna yol a\u00e7abilir. G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi kans\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 uzun s\u00fcreden beri devam eden bir ki\u015finin ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak incelenmesi ve altta yatan hastal\u0131\u011fa g\u00f6re tedavisinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r.<br \/>\nHalk aras\u0131nda kans\u0131zl\u0131k olarak bilinen anemiden kurtulmak i\u00e7in bol bol k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et, yumurta ve sebze t\u00fcketmek \u015fart. <\/p>\n<p>Sabahlar\u0131 yorgun uyan\u0131yor, kendinizi s\u00fcrekli halsiz hissediyor, unutkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z artt\u0131, sa\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131z zay\u0131flad\u0131, \u00e7arp\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131z ba\u015flad\u0131ysa sizde kans\u0131zl\u0131k (anemi) olabilir. Kans\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n en \u00f6nemli nedeni demir eksikli\u011fidir. <\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle kad\u0131nlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun ortak sorunu demir eksikli\u011fi ve kans\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>DO\u011eUM SONRASI D\u00d6NEM R\u0130SKL\u0130 <\/p>\n<p>Kans\u0131zl\u0131k, erkeklere nazaran kad\u0131nlarda daha y\u00fcksek oranda g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bunun en \u00f6nemli nedeni, her \u00e2detle beraber kan kayb\u0131. E\u011fer kaybedilen kan yerine konam\u0131yorsa yava\u015f yava\u015f geli\u015fen bir kans\u0131zl\u0131k ba\u015flar. T\u0131bbi Onkoloji ve Hematoloji Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Co\u015fkun Tecimer, &#8220;\u00d6zellikle do\u011fum sonras\u0131 annelerin b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde kan kayb\u0131 ve demir eksikli\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 kans\u0131zl\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. <\/p>\n<p>ERKEN DO\u011eAN \u00c7OCUK <\/p>\n<p>Yine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kilolu ve erken do\u011fan \u00e7ocuklarda kans\u0131zl\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr, b\u00fcy\u00fcme \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklar v\u00fccudun ihtiyac\u0131 artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in genellikle biraz anemik olabilir. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te birinde, erkeklerin ise be\u015fte birinde demir eksikli\u011fi anemisi<br \/>\noldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Kans\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n en \u00f6nemli nedenlerinden biri de kanda demir eksikli\u011fidir. Bu da beslenme tarz\u0131yla do\u011frudan ili\u015fkilidir. <\/p>\n<p>KIRMIZI ET VE SAKATAT <\/p>\n<p>Demir, a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et ve sakatatta bulundu\u011fu i\u00e7in hayvansal \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin yenilmedi\u011fi vegan tarz\u0131 beslenmede kronik bir demir eksikli\u011fi geli\u015febilir. Demir, kandaki oksijeni ta\u015f\u0131yan alyuvarlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde oksijenin ba\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 hemoglobinin temel elementidir. Hemoglobin, kan h\u00fccrelerine k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 rengi veren bir protein ve demir kompleksidir. <\/p>\n<p>SEBZE T\u00dcKET\u0130LMEL\u0130 <\/p>\n<p>Akci\u011ferden hava yoluyla al\u0131nan oksijen hemoglobin i\u00e7indeki demire ba\u011flanarak dokulara ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r, demirin eksik oldu\u011fu durumlarda oksijenlenme bozulur, anemi geli\u015fir. Yeti\u015fkin bir insan\u0131n v\u00fccudunda toplam 5-6 gr kadar demir bulunur. V\u00fccudun s\u00fcrekli ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00fcnl\u00fck 3-4 mg demir al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekil; bu miktar\u0131n demirden zengin sebzelerden kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 olduk\u00e7a g\u00fc\u00e7&#8221; diyor. <\/p>\n<p>VEJETERYANLAR D\u0130KKAT!<br \/>\nKans\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n s\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir ba\u015fka hastal\u0131k B12 vitamininin eksikli\u011fidir. Bu vitamin insan v\u00fccudunda ba\u015fta kemik ili\u011fi h\u00fccreleri olmak \u00fczere, b\u00f6l\u00fcnen h\u00fccrelerin DNA sentezi i\u00e7in gerekli bir maddedir. V\u00fccutta sentezlenmez, yiyeceklerle d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan al\u0131n\u0131r. Sindirim sistemine gelen B12 vitamini do\u011frudan emilemez. \u00d6zellikle kemik ili\u011finde bulunan kan h\u00fccreleri erken y\u0131k\u0131ma u\u011frar ve kans\u0131zl\u0131k ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. <\/p>\n<p>B12 VE DEM\u0130R EKS\u0130KL\u0130\u011e\u0130 <\/p>\n<p>B12 vitamini eksikli\u011fi, tedavisi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn bir hastal\u0131kt\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan kas yoluyla B12 vitamini verilir. B12 i\u011fneleri eksikli\u011fin tespit edildi\u011fi ilk g\u00fcnler her g\u00fcn yap\u0131l\u0131r. Daha sonra haftada bir uygulan\u0131r. Birka\u00e7 uygulama sonras\u0131 ayda bir olmak \u00fczere \u00f6m\u00fcr boyu B12 vitamini verilmesi gerekir. Folik asit denilen bir ba\u015fka B vitamininin eksikli\u011fi de B12 eksikli\u011fine benzer bir kans\u0131zl\u0131k yapar. Bu vitamini g\u0131dalarla yeteri kadar almayan ya da ihtiyac\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir.
