A\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve davran\u0131\u015flarda kesin ve net olmay\u0131 i\u00e7erir. Bu, \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin tek do\u011fru oldu\u011fu anlam\u0131na gelmez, o anki ko\u015fullarda akla en yatk\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f oldu\u011funu ifade eder. B\u00f6yle bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrde, ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda mutlak ger\u00e7ekler ve do\u011frular vard\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmaz.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak hayat\u0131n ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilemez. Bilgi ve inan\u00e7lardaki de\u011fi\u015fim mutlakl\u0131kla \u00e7eli\u015fir, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin rahat\u00e7a dile getirilmesi zorla\u015f\u0131r. Ger\u00e7eklerin rahat\u00e7a ifade edilememesi; gizemli, bulan\u0131k, ne oldu\u011fu tam anla\u015f\u0131lamayan, ka\u00e7amak, kimi zaman da maksad\u0131n\u0131 a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyerek geri ad\u0131m atan k\u00fclt\u00fcr yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karmakta. Din hayat\u0131ndan bir \u00f6rnek verelim: Kuran\u2019daki bir\u00e7ok h\u00fck\u00fcm bug\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a dile getirilmemekte, anlam\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirilerek a\u00e7\u0131klanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Asl\u0131nda lafz\u0131na g\u00f6re b\u00f6yledir, ama ruhu \u00f6yle de\u011fildir gibi zorlama yorumlara gidilmektedir. Ne yaz\u0131k ki g\u00fcc\u00fcn tek elde toplanmas\u0131, insano\u011flunun geldi\u011fi bug\u00fcnk\u00fc bilin\u00e7 d\u00fczeyinde kolayl\u0131kla bask\u0131 ve \u015fiddete d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilmekte. Bu nedenle otoritenin ister asker, isterse sivil bir g\u00fc\u00e7te toplanmas\u0131, toplumsal ya\u015fam i\u00e7in \u00e7ok da farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6stermez. Yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken, toplumda hi\u00e7bir kurumun tek ba\u015f\u0131na g\u00fc\u00e7 oda\u011f\u0131 olmas\u0131na izin vermemektir. Ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin, \u00e7o\u011fulculuk i\u00e7inde kaosa yol a\u00e7madan ifadesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131l\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn insano\u011flunun ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 genetik \u015fifre ne yaz\u0131k ki kurumlar\u0131 ki\u015fisel iyi niyetlere b\u0131rakacak noktada de\u011fil. \u0130leride insano\u011flunun evrimle\u015fmesinin buna olanak sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 da ku\u015fkulu. O nedenle \u00f6yle bir sistem olu\u015fturulmal\u0131d\u0131r ki t\u00fcm toplumsal g\u00fc\u00e7ler birbirini denetleyebilsin. Bu \u015fekilde toplumun kendisi otokontrol sistemine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f olur. Bunun sa\u011flanabilmesinin ko\u015fulu, kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n topluma a\u00e7\u0131k olmas\u0131 ve hesap verebilmesidir. Sistemin unsurlar\u0131n\u0131n birbirini denetlemesi, onlar\u0131n her an g\u00f6zalt\u0131nda olmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmez. Bask\u0131ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilecek g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin ba\u015fka odaklarca dizginlenmesi olarak anla\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nKuvvetler ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilkesi o kadar \u00f6nemlidir ki ABD\u2019de bir ba\u015fkan, baz\u0131 konularda kendi partisindeki parlamento \u00fcyelerinden farkl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilmekte, t\u00fcm ikna giri\u015fimlerine ra\u011fmen istedi\u011fi yasalar\u0131 ge\u00e7irememektedir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise yasama ve y\u00fcr\u00fctme aras\u0131nda kuvvetler ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilkesi s\u00f6zde vard\u0131r. Kimse de bundan rahats\u0131z olmamaktad\u0131r. B\u0131rak\u0131n rahats\u0131z olmay\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctmeye ayak ba\u011f\u0131 olmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in zaten b\u00f6yle olmas\u0131 do\u011fal g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u015eimdi buna bir de yarg\u0131y\u0131, y\u00fcr\u00fctmenin g\u00fcd\u00fcm\u00fcne sokma \u00e7abalar\u0131 eklenmi\u015ftir. Siyasal partiler i\u00e7inde de durum farkl\u0131 de\u011fildir. De\u011fi\u015fik g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin filizlenmesine izin verilmemektedir. Grup kararlar\u0131 kimi zaman farkl\u0131 seslerin k\u0131s\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerek\u00e7e olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ad\u0131 demokrasi olan sistemde bu t\u00fcrden antidemokratik uygulamalara say\u0131s\u0131z \u00f6rnek verilebilir. \u00dcstelik bunlar demokrasi ad\u0131na savunulmaktad\u0131r.
