Bende de kanser riski artm\u0131\u015f m\u0131d\u0131r? <\/p>\n<p>Yan\u0131t<br \/>\nKi\u015filerin kilo durumuna karar verebilmek i\u00e7in kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir indeks var: V\u00fccut kitle indeksi. Kilogram olarak a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, metre cinsinden boyumuzun karesine b\u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7 bizim v\u00fccut kitle indeksimizi verir. \u015eu \u015fekilde form\u00fclle\u015ftirebiliriz: VK\u0130 ( V\u00fccut kitle indeksi) = A\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k ( kg ) \/ Boy ( m2 ). Kilo ile kanser aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fki obez d\u00fczeydeki \u015fi\u015fmanlarda daha fazla olmakla birlikte, di\u011fer kilo fazlal\u0131klar\u0131 da kanser riski olu\u015fturur. Egzersiz, kilodan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak tek ba\u015f\u0131na risk azalt\u0131c\u0131 bir fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr. \u00d6rne\u011fin 90 kilo olan iki ki\u015fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnelim. V\u00fccutta yap\u0131lan kortizon ve ins\u00fclin benzeri hormonlar ve bizatihi ins\u00fclinin bu ili\u015fkide rol\u00fc oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir. Egzersizin ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirerek kanser riskini azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen bilim adamlar\u0131 da vard\u0131r. \u00d6te yandan egzersiz barsak hareketlerini art\u0131r\u0131p kanserojen maddelerin burada daha az kalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak kanser riskini azalt\u0131r. Obez ki\u015filerde inflamasyona yani iltihap olu\u015fumuna e\u011filim vard\u0131r. Bu da kronik irritasyon benzeri etkidir.
