Bu nedenle kemoterapi ve radyoterapiye k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck h\u00fccreli akci\u011fer kanserine g\u00f6re daha az yan\u0131t verir. Bu grupta cerrahi, kemoterapi ve radyoterapi uygulanabilmektedir. Erken evrede cerrahi yap\u0131l\u0131r. T\u00fcm\u00f6r  4 cm\u2019den b\u00fcy\u00fckse  cerrahi sonras\u0131 tedaviyi peki\u015ftirme ama\u00e7l\u0131 kemoterapi verilir. \u0130ki akci\u011fer aras\u0131ndaki lenf nodlar\u0131nda tutulum varsa kemoterapi ve radyoterapi birlikte uygulanabilir. Bir di\u011fer se\u00e7enek kemoterapi ile t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclt\u00fcp arkas\u0131ndan cerrahi yapmakt\u0131r. T\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclt\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in kemoterapinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra radyoterapi verilip arkas\u0131ndan da cerrahi uygulanabilir. Uzak organlara yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, yani d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc evredeki akci\u011fer kanserlerinde tek ba\u015f\u0131na kemoterapi verilir.
